The room was well presented and brand-new, equipped with a mini-bar, climate control, and a personal safe. the location was lovely and magnificent, close to a hot spring, souvenir shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and the Hakone-Yumoto Station.

Loved the room with a beautiful view of the mountains and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Clean place and very good service. Reasonably large and brand-new hotel unit with a view. A fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control available. Perfect location near Hakone Yumoto station and helpful and brilliantly friendly staff. And just off public transportations and bus stops and train beyond the mountains. Very special stay, as always.

The units are beautiful, big size in the open air on a balcony. The hotel staff are really kind. We would return anytime, thoroughly enjoyed its marvellous location...

The room was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise considering the usual small size of accommodations in Japan. The private hot spring bath tub on the terrace was a great addition, allowing for a relaxing soak. The location was convenient, not too far from the train station, making it easy to explore the area.

The menu was only provided in Japanese, making it difficult to understand what we were eating. The facility itself felt old and in need of some maintenance, with a lingering smell of smoke in the room.
